Our Complaints Policy

At The Perfect Circuit we try to provide the best service for our customers.

However, we recognise that occasionally there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

After completion of the work, if there's anything you're not completely satisfied with, please tell us as soon as you can. We'll do all we can to put it right.

We'll aim to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint.

Where possible we'll provide you with a date to resolve the issues you've raised.

If we're unable to resolve your complaint, as a Which? Trusted trader we use a Dispute Resolution Ombudsman. After you've given us the opportunity to resolve your complaint. If you're still not completely satisfied you may refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so, please contact Which? Trusted traders in the first instance on 0117 456 6031
